Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Zain Gift Studio (“we”, “us”) through this website, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. We may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm details. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any payment) if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details appear incorrect.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Delivery within Faisalabad is currently free. You can pay by cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. For prepaid orders we start preparing your gift once payment is confirmed.

3. Flowers, substitutions and images

Flowers are natural and seasonal. Product photos are illustrative; colours, sizes and varieties may vary slightly. If a flower or item is unavailable we will replace it with one of equal or higher value and similar style, and we always share a photo before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Same-day delivery requires orders by 4pm; midnight delivery (11:30pm–12:30am) requires orders by 4pm. We aim to deliver within your chosen time slot but timings can be affected by traffic, weather or peak days. Please see our Delivery Information.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

6. Anonymous gifts

If you choose “Send anonymously”, we will not reveal your name on the card or through our rider. We may still need to share your phone number with the rider in case of delivery issues, but we will not disclose it to the recipient.

7. Reviews

Only customers who purchased a product may review it. We publish genuine reviews and may remove content that is abusive or unrelated to the product.

8. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
