Delivery options
- Same day — order by 4pm and we deliver today, anywhere in Faisalabad, Lahore & Islamabad. Free.
- Next day — choose a time slot for tomorrow. Free.
- Scheduled — pick any future date and time slot (perfect for birthdays and anniversaries). Free.
- Midnight surprise — delivered between 11:30pm and 12:30am. Order by 4pm for tonight. Free.
Time slots
Daytime slots are 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm and 7pm–10pm. We aim to deliver within your chosen slot; during peak days (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Eid) timings may vary slightly and we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Photo before dispatch
We send you a photo of your gift on WhatsApp before it leaves our studio, so you know exactly what your loved one will receive.
If the recipient is not available
Our rider will call the recipient and you. If no one is available, we can leave the gift with family, a guard or reception (with your permission), or arrange a new delivery time. A second delivery on the same day is free; a re-delivery on another day may need the gift to be refreshed.
Changes and cancellations
You can change the date or cancel free of charge until 6 hours before your delivery slot (or before we start preparing your gift). After that we can still move the date on request, but we cannot give a cash refund. See our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Payment and changes
Pay by cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. You can change the date or cancel free of charge up to six hours before your delivery slot. See our delivery areas and refund and replacement policy.

Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes, we deliver every day, including Eid and public holidays (please order early on peak days).
What if nobody is home?
Our rider calls the recipient. If they cannot receive the gift, we agree a new time with you on WhatsApp.
