Free same-day delivery across Faisalabad is available for orders placed by 4pm. The midnight surprise window, from 11:30pm to 12:30am, can be used for orders placed by 4pm, for a surprise at the start of a special day. You can pay by Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Please provide the delivery address and timing when you order, and the bouquet will be prepared with the card in place and delivered carefully across Faisalabad.

Flowers are seasonal: if a stem is unavailable we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same colour family, and we always WhatsApp you a photo before dispatch.

• Trim 2 cm off the stems at an angle and place in clean, cool water.
• Change the water every day and keep away from direct sun, fans and fruit.
• Flower boxes: keep the foam moist with a small cup of water every two days.

Our promise: if anything is not perfect, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
