If you are planning a late night surprise, the midnight surprise window runs from 11:30pm to 12:30am for orders placed by 4pm. Flowers are seasonal: if a stem is unavailable we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same colour family, and we always WhatsApp you a photo before dispatch.

• Trim 2 cm off the stems at an angle and place in clean, cool water.
• Change the water every day and keep away from direct sun, fans and fruit.
• Flower boxes: keep the foam moist with a small cup of water every two days.

Our promise: if anything is not perfect, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
