We collect only what we need to deliver your gift — and we never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
  • The recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address.
  • Your card message, delivery preferences and any photo you upload for a photo card.
  • Payment screenshots you send for JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer orders.
  • Basic technical data (cookies, device and browser information) to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and deliver your order, contact you and the recipient about delivery (including on WhatsApp), send order updates and — only if you subscribe — our newsletter. If you choose “Send anonymously”, we do not reveal your name to the recipient.

Who we share it with

We share delivery details only with our riders and, where needed, payment providers. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Your wishlist

Your wishlist is stored in your own browser on your device; we do not store it on our servers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Uploaded photos are deleted once your order is complete, on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us on WhatsApp (0309 1236262) or at Zaingifthub@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile/WhatsApp number and (optionally) email, and the recipient’s name, number, delivery address and area. If you add a card message or upload a photo for a personalised gift, we keep that too. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history.

How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your order and to contact you or the recipient about it
  • To send order updates and a photo of your gift on WhatsApp
  • To print your personalised gift exactly as you asked
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to deliver your gift: our riders and, for Lahore and Islamabad, our trusted local delivery partners. Payments by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer are handled by those services. We never sell your information.
